IHC、Sirius International Holding 与 First Abu Dhabi Bank（FAB）已获阿联酋央行批准，允许以 UAE dirham 为支撑的稳定币 DDSC 上线，标志着其进入运营阶段，机构金融与不断演进的数字资产经济接轨。DDSC 最初于 April 2025 宣布，由 IHC 与 FAB 牵头，Sirius International Holding 已加入，以支持部署、整合与机构采用。该稳定币预计将通过多家获批平台向 FAB 客户提供，服务于机构与企业场景，同时保持最高水平的合规、透明与运营完整性。DDSC 将在有监管框架的前提下支持高价值应用，包括支付与收款；高价值结算与金库运营；贸易与供应链流程；以及面向受监管实体的可编程金融服务。
